Our New Year’s Eve event is a bit different this year, we now have a night of premium racing featuring the Vicbred Super Series, DJ entertainment, Food Trucks, Public Bar and Fireworks at Midnight.

But like many events we are currently under Covid guidelines and restrictions, this means that we have limited spots available on our lawn and unfortunately no kids activities this year.  

This does not mean that you cannot bring in the New Year with us at Tabcorp Park, as we have some great options available to you.

Bistro Dining – 3 Course Selected Menu – $69 per person

Sky Box Dining – 3 Course Set Menu and Beverage Package $128 per person 

Private Corporate Suite Packages – (Max 20 Guests) – Canape & Beverages from $129 per person

Tickets must be reserved for kids (12 months and older) and Adults wanting to attend.

General Admission Information –

General Admission Entry (Main Lawn Only – Venue accessibility not included)

Entrance through Gate 1 venue Map available here

Entry Must be before 8 pm – Entry Gate 1 closes at 8pm (no further entry permitted after this time)

Guests must remain seated where possible and limit movement throughout the event to ensure Covid compliance, movement is permitted to purchase drinks and food, use outdoor bathroom facilities and to place a bet.

Exit – through Gate 1A (limited pass-outs are available)

Valid tickets must be presented at Gate 1 Entry to be permitted access onto the lawn

Free Car Parking Included – Car Park A, located via the main venue entrance (Ferris Road) turn left from the main driveway. See map

For the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all patrons, staff and event participants, certain items are not permitted to be brought into Tabcorp Park Melton, a list of these items can be found here.

Event Information –

General Admission Tickets Include –

Access to the Main Lawn, access to Food Trucks, DJ Entertainment, Premium Harness Racing, Fireworks at Midnight.

The first 200 children to enter the General Admission Gate 1 before 7pm will receive a free Showbag

First Aid and Portable Toilets will be available on site – See Map 

Government regulations require that a 1.5 m distance from the track fence-line is adhered to.

Limited seating will be available, please feel free to bring picnic blankets and/or fold out chairs to make your visit comfortable.

External Food and Beverage Policy –

No commercial food is permitted to be brought on site e.g. KFC, McDonalds, fish and chips, pizza etc.

Alcoholic beverages and soft drink are not permitted.

Cheese boards, fruit, homemade sandwiches, juice, water and general picnic style food can be brought onto the lawn, including children’s snacks. 

Entry Terms and Conditions –

Covid Acknowledgement

As part of our COVID Safe protocols, you will be required to adhere to safety guidelines relating to Covid regulations.

If you or any of the attendees under your booking are feeling unwell or have any symptoms you/they must not attend this event.

It is also advised that during the event you are to remain seated where possible and limit movement throughout the venue.  Social distancing and signs must be observed and complied with at all times.

Under no circumstances will access to the racing area be permitted.

At time of purchase the following statements are true and correct:

  • I have not travelled overseas in the last 14 days.
  • I do not, nor do any members of my household, have any cold and flu-like symptoms.
  • I have not had known contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
  • I have not had close contact with a person who has been tested for COVID-19 and is awaiting results.
  • I have not been requested to, nor am I obligated to, self-isolate.
  • I will abide by all measures to minimise COVID-19 exposure, including following rules regarding mask use as per Government directives, social distancing and hand hygiene.

By purchasing tickets to the New Year’s Eve event at Tabcorp Park I agree to the statement listed above and acknowledge that all the provided details are true and correct.

Tickets must be presented at time of entry for scanning purposes.

Purchasing tickets for entry does not guarantee entry if other entry obligations are not abided by.
