Reception

As Hotel Receptionist, you will be responsible for looking after the needs of guests on arrival and during their stay in the Hotel.

You will provide many functions including offering tourist information, informing guests of Hotel facilities, dealing with enquiries and requests, taking messages for guests, calculating accounts, issuing receipts and performing general secretarial duties.

As first point of contact at our Hotel, you will need to have immaculate presentation and a warm, friendly nature, as well as your Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) or equivalent experience.
