With a career spanning 20 years working with various Hilton International and Ramada Hotels in the Middle East as the Executive Chef, and most recently as the Events Sous Chef with the Grand Hyatt in Melbourne; Vasantha will bring a wealth of experience and international fare to this modern venue.’
